Export a square file optimized for the 298 × 298 display. Leave approximately 15–20% breathing room around your subject.
HILDORS APP

Upload to HILDORS
Connect to your display using the companion app and upload a compatible MP4, AVI, JPG, or GIF file.
04Bring It to Life
Play your creation on the display. Adjust the scale or framing if the character is clipped or appears too small.

Use these guidelines to help your characters look their best.
Square Canvas
Design at 1:1 ratio; 298 × 298 is the display resolution. Higher-resolution source artwork can be scaled down.
Pure Black Background
Use black (#000000) behind the character to create the floating visual effect.
Keep a Safe Area
Allow roughly 15–20% free space from the edges so details remain visible.
Supported Files
Compatible content formats include MP4, AVI, JPG, and GIF. Playback quality varies with source files.

What kind of characters can I display?
You can display original characters, VTuber models, fan art you have permission to use, digital idols, creatures, and more—as long as the content is prepared for the HILDORS display format.
Do I need a black background?
Yes. A pure black background helps create the floating effect and keeps the character visually clean on the display.
What file types are supported?
The display supports MP4, AVI, JPG, and GIF content. Animated video files generally give the most dynamic result.
Can I request a custom character from HILDORS?
Yes. Use the request form above to tell us what you need. We review submissions manually and reply when a project is suitable for our team.
Will HILDORS make my character for free?
Not necessarily. Submitting the form does not promise free work. If we can take the project, we will discuss cost, scope, and rights with you first.
