Confirm that the USB-C power connection and adapter are secure, the power source meets the device's 5V/3A requirement, and the main power switch on the back is turned on. If it still doesn't spin, switch it off and contact support. Keep hands and objects away from the rotating display.

Power on your device and follow the connection steps in the HILDORS companion app. Connect your phone to the device's Wi-Fi hotspot when prompted. For online content browsing, switch back to your regular Wi-Fi or mobile data if required.

Yes. The device supports compatible MP4, AVI, JPG and GIF content. Use the companion app to upload and manage files. Black-background visuals usually create the best floating-display effect.

Content already stored on the device can play without a continuous internet connection. Internet access may be needed for online libraries, downloads or app-related services.

P20 Portal includes a built-in speaker and Bluetooth audio. The square P20 is a visual-only model without Bluetooth audio or a built-in speaker.

Because the display uses rotating LEDs and persistence-of-vision technology, some cameras may show flicker or bands. Try adjusting the camera's shutter speed and frame rate until the visual looks stable.
